AlaFolie has just released a pack of Mesh dresses called France. These dresses come with a HUD to select from 12 colours, and of course comes in a range of sizes. At the same time Alafolie has also released the pearl necklace seen in these shots. Included is also a rose, with a colour changing HUD.

I’ve been offline for a few days as my main computer has had issues recently, but I now have a brand new MacBook Pro and although the screen is a bit small for SL I can at last get back in world. Anyway, I start making my rounds and I find Lady Thera has another release out. This one is called Daring Night and probably fits into her burlesque range. It does however make a nice clubbing dress 
I will get some proper photo studios up when I get my iMac back next week.
Its been a bit quiet at Lady Thera’s over the last few months. Her store has moved a little, the Mantova area is now at ground level and it looks to me like there are still a few issues to be sorted out with the store, so perhaps it’s not really surprising that things have been quiet. The other day I popped in on my rounds and I spotted a new outfit called Promise of Love. This outfit fits nicely into the burlesque range, but as it has a long skirt, it is also a nice dress for formal events.
Today I dropped into the store again and saw at once 2 other new outfits, both with different length skirts and options.
The first is Love string. This is a very sexy outfit for clubbing or with the longer skirt also for formal. However, as with the next outfit, if you use the shorter skirt, you had better have some panties to hand, as there are none included, other than as stockings.
Nutcracker, the third in this group of releases can be worn in several ways as well. There is a Super Minis and short skirt and also a trouser suit option which I rather like.
Which ever way you choose to wear them, these three outfits are super additions to your wardrobe.
I was wandering around looking at old and new places when I came across this nice little dress and Lady Thera in the Venice sim. This is not Lady Thera’s main shop, but on the ground some way below Mantova. I know most of Lady T’s dresses so I was a bit surprised this as I had never seen it before, and its sort of hidden under the stairs. Anyway its a cute little dress that fits in nicely with her Burlesque range from earlier this year.

Vero Modero has a nice new range of black sexy outfits hitting the racks around now. From the 5 outfits that were made available to me to blog (*) I have initially chosen the Sexy Night Set. Now, just to make it clear, I am not into BDSM, so no offers please, but if you are, then this set may well be of interest to you!
This is basically a catsuit with a double buckled belt which also has a watch to make sure your on time to meet your mistress/master.
Patent leather top and lace insets
The bodice and sleeves have nice lace details so you could happily wear this to a club of some form.
A collar for a leash is part of the outfit.
Boots need to go under the pants.
The material is nice a glossy look like a patent leather. The pants are quiet flared so your boots will have to fit under. Personally, I prefer to wear longer boots over the pants but that is a minor issue. All in all an interesting outfit.

So, last night was the graduation show for the Mimmi Boa Modeling Academy. This is the last course that Mimmi is holding herself I believe. The set at SoloEvane was like a village street and the attendance was good. I had received 2 outfits from Les Petits Détails and one from AnaLee Balut of ALB. For the show we olny needed 2 outfits, I don’t know why I was sent 3 outfits. So I selected Carmen from LpD which is a purple and black dotted cocktail dress.
This turned out to be a hard outfit to find suitable poses for ad it’s so wide and quiet high. We needed 6 poses, so after trying nearly all the poses from Morgane Batista, I made my selection. The skin for this outfit was from Blush and was called Elle – Vivid Joy For the boots I selected Slinks Relax Boots in Black, and finished of the look with some pearls from ByKay, hair from Truth and nails from MPP. I was relatively happy with the look.
For the second outfit I had Lalitha from ALB.
This is a fun summer outfit, part mesh part flexi with a nice hat. What was also nice with the outfit from ALB was that shoes were included. The skin was from Blush – Ulma: Dangerously seductive. Nails this time were from Je Suis, jewels from Caroline’s Jewelry – Butterflies in Paris set, a 1906 Faberge belly ring from Jake and a bracelet from Ala Folie. The poses were of course again from Morgane Batista. I felt very comfortable in this outfit.
The show went well, I didn’t notice any lag, but I think some others did and everyone appeared happy. Perhaps the worst part was waiting for the show to start. We needed to be there an hour before the show time but most of us were there at least 90 minutes before !
So now I’m a happy owner of this.
After the show we mingled with the audience, I saw we had Frolic Mills int he audience and a few other people I know of by name and a few friends from the modeling world had come to watch as well. It’s nice to see a friendly face in the audience. For me however, the best was still to come. One of my friends who had come to watch suggested we went dancing for a while, and as she suggested a place I didn’t know I decided it would be a great idea. On arrival there were only a few of us, but one was the owner of an agency that I had decided a while ago that I wanted one day to work with. It’s not an agency you can just walk into and join, so I didn’t expect that the dream would happen for a while. Someone mentioned I had just graduated from the academy, and the next thing I knew was an invite to join the agency in my inbox. I was flabbergasted to be honest, and totally over the moon. The invite crowned my day! So I am now a happy and proud member of the House of Heartsdale.
The second outfit from LpD was a very wearable outfit the Poetry Collection – *The Winter Bride*. This white outfit has a semi translucent skirt and a low-cut bodice.

It’s always a pleasure to see a new release from my favorite designers, and its even nicer when the release is a dress as well-fitting as Chryssie, one of the two new dresses release today by One Bad Pixel. Once again, the team have produced a high quality mesh design, this time however its a smart evening wear halter neck and a playful daytime variation.
Both dresses come in a range of colours, or as a fat pack with everything, as well as all the usual standard sizes.
